The great veteran Dixieland and Western Swing drummer Smokey Stover recorded the rare bluegrass/swing album presented here, enlisting the talents of the great fiddler Byron Berline who arranged all the traditional tunes on the album. The great steel guitarist J.D. Manness is also part of the core band as well as banjo champ John Hickman. Originally released in 1978, this lost gem finally appears in the digital domain. All selections newly remastered.
